The studio complex includes a Studio" A" which is a 80' x 50' space with 18' ceilings and a 14' overhead door makes the studio suitable for any size projects whether a project involves shooting a single model, product or if you require a large commercial set to photograph cars, trucks,motorcycles, etc. A Photo Editing workstation with Adobe Photoshop and burning software is available to transfer your images to a CD, wireless internet access is also available. A lounge area and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave is perfect for small meals in the studio. A washroom, with shower, is also available for photographers, models and clients to use after or during the rental of the studio.

The studio is available for rent on a a full day, half day or evening basis, seven days a week. A staff member will be on hand during your session if needed to help with any technical difficulties. For an extra fee, a professional model or models can be made available upon request with advance notice.

* In the not too distant future I will offer Photography workshops with different experts on subjects such as Ligthing, Photoshop, etc...

* Our rental arrangement requires that one of our representatives be present at all times while the studio is in use and he or she must supervise the movement and use of all equipment, props and backgrounds for the shoot.  For this reason you will have an assistant with you throughout the shoot.  We will be available to assist with backdrop changes, lighting changes, prop moving and other general assistance.  We are there for assistance only, not to manage or direct your shoot.

DreamBuilderStudio was created to make a facility available to all independent artists who typically would not have access to a large studio complex to create their art. The entire Studio complex sits along the scenic St. Lawrence River on 6 acres surrounded by beautiful park land, it is situated within one hour of Montreal or Ottawa via highway 401 and 10 minutes away from Upstate New York; making this an ideal central location.

The Film/Video studio is currently situated in an open span 6000 sq ft. area of the main building. Plans for a 60 x 20 foot chroma green screen are now in place allowing a wide variety of projects to be undertaken. A second 30,000 sq ft, Studio B is slated for construction in January 2008.

The Audio Studio was designed by a renowned acoustical engineer, working with a large empty space rather than remodeling existing rooms allowed for acoustically accurate construction. Latest generation sound reduction technology was used in an effort to increase recording quality. Some of the features of the Audio Studio are; double wall construction, isolated floors and ceilings, noiseless air conditioning system, and being the only soffit mounted 5.1 surround control room in Eastern Canada, are some of the highlights.

The Photography Studio includes a 30' x 25' Chroma Green room with a 15' ceiling for any desired photo session.
